By accessing and purchasing from wearpix.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We offer digital artwork files intended for personal and small-scale commercial use. No physical products are sold or shipped. Please read this information carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Product Delivery

All of our products are digital. After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link to the high-resolution artwork file. This link will be available immediately on the confirmation page and sent to your email address. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

No Physical Shipping

We do not offer any physical goods. You will not receive a printed product, clothing item, or package in the mail. You are responsible for printing the downloaded design through a third-party service or using your own resources.

Usage Rights & License

By purchasing a design from Wearpix, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal or small-scale commercial purposes. This includes printing the artwork on your own clothing, accessories, or other physical goods for personal use or limited resale (e.g. small merch runs or gifts).

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the digital files in any form, whether modified or unmodified. You may not upload the artwork to marketplaces that allow customers to modify or relicense the design (such as print-on-demand platforms with public libraries).

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Once a file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned. If you experience issues with your download or receive the wrong file, please contact us at info@wearpix.com and we will assist you promptly.

Intellectual Property

All artwork on this site is the intellectual property of Wearpix or the contributing artist. Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership or copyright. You may use the design as outlined above, but you may not claim it as your own or use it in any way that violates intellectual property rights.

Responsibility for Printing

Wearpix is not responsible for the quality of third-party printing services. It is your responsibility to ensure that the artwork file is compatible with your chosen printer or platform. We provide high-resolution files suitable for most print-on-demand services, but we do not offer technical support for third-party tools.
